International Kathak Dance Artist, Choreographer, and Dance Teacher. Founder and Director of Sahaj School of Dance LLC since 2015. Teaches Kathak dance to students of all ages, including certification programs through Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University. Has served as a Resident Teacher at Canajoharie- Nirmal Arts Academy, New York (2023-2024), and taught Kathak in Germany (2007-2008) and at Amity International School, New Delhi (2004-2007). Her training includes advanced Kathak under Guru Smt. Swati Sinha (disciple of Pandit Shri Rajendra Gangani of Jaipur Gharana) and Guru Smt. Abha Bansal (disciple of Pandit Shri Hiralal Ji and Pandit Shri Kundan Lal Gangani ji), with additional workshops from notable gurus like Pandit Shri Birju Maharaj ji. Holds a Praveen Sangeet Acharya Degree (Masters equivalent) in Kathak Dance. Recipient of the 'Nritya Suvarna Jyoti Samman' in 2017 and awarded Best Dance Group at the Asian Music & Dance Festival 2017.
