Kalanidhi is presenting: MITR - FRIENDS, an ensemble collaboration between Kalanidhi Dance and Bijayini Satpathy Dance Collective. Conceptualised and choreographed by - Bijayini Satpathy (Kalanidhi artist in residence 2025-2026) Odissi and Kuchipudi, each an old tradition, belonging to neighbouring states of Orissa and Andhra Pradesh in India, share a long intersecting cultural and artistic history. Inspired by each other�s ethos, they have journeyed towards their distinct global acclaim. Mitr is a celebration of their timeless, unique and shared identities. Venue: Richard J.
