Bhadra Rajeev is an Indian classical dancer specializing in Mohiniyattam, with a dedicated journey spanning 18 years. Hailing from Thrissur in Kerala, her formal training in Mohiniyattam commenced at the age of seven under the tutelage of Smt. Meenakshi Menon, a disciple of the esteemed Guru Nirmala Panicker. She furthered her education in Mohiniyattam by pursuing her graduation from Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya in Mumbai, an institution established by the eminent Mohiniyattam exponent Padma Bhushan Dr. Kanak Rele. Bhadra Rajeev continues to refine her artistry as a soloist under the guidance of Sri Kalamandalam Gopalakrishnan. Her commitment to artistic development is also evident through her completion of Venu G's Navarasa Sadhana Workshop Phase 1. Beyond Mohiniyattam, Bhadra Rajeev has expanded her classical dance repertoire, holding a diploma in Kathak from Mahagami Gurukul in Aurangabad, where she received instruction from the distinguished Kathak and Odissi artiste, Guru Parwati Dutta. Additionally, she is actively engaged in learning Kathakali from the esteemed exponent, Sri Kalamandalam Balasubramanian Ashan, to enhance her abhinaya (expressive) aspect. Bhadra Rajeev is recognized for her graceful expressions and masterful movements in her Mohiniyattam recitals.
