Dmitriy Zmeyev is a Bharatanatyam performer who received his training in India under the Guru Shishya Parampara. He studied with Sri Leela Samson in New Delhi in 1994. Zmeyev has performed in various international events, including a "Cultural Evening of Russian-India Friendship" in New Delhi in 1997. His performances also include appearances in Moscow in 2013 and at an Indian Dance Evening in Riga in 2017. He is based in Mumbai, India, and is known to have students.
