Hithaishy Dhanan is an Indian classical danseuse recognized for her proficiency in both Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi. Her foundational training in Bharatanatyam was under the tutelage of esteemed gurus Smt. Choodamani Rao and Smt. Radha Sridhar. Further enhancing her artistic repertoire, she received specialized guidance in Abhinaya from Smt. Gopika Verma. For Kuchipudi, Hithaishy Dhanan had the privilege of learning from distinguished exponents Smt. Vyjayanthi Kashi and Kalaimamani Smt. Uma Muralikrishna. Beyond her performing career, Hithaishy Dhanan has also established herself as an educator and institution head. She founded and currently directs the Hithanritya Institute of Performing Arts, an academy dedicated to the propagation and teaching of Indian classical dance forms. Through her institute, she continues to contribute to the legacy of Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi, nurturing new talent and sharing her extensive knowledge and experience in these traditional arts.
