Janani Arulmani is a Bharatanatyam dancer who, alongside her sister Shanki Arulmani, has cultivated a passion for dance from a young age. Their journey in dance began in 2002, with their parents enrolling them in their first class and their gurus providing guidance and support. Over the years, Janani and Shanki have trained diligently, participated in various competitions and performances, and choreographed numerous shows. They co-founded Dheem Dance Company, an initiative focused on offering Indian dance fitness classes. Through their company, they aim to share their love for dance, promote cultural exploration, and provide accessible classes that offer both physical and mental health benefits.
