Kadhambari Sridhar has been involved in Indian classical dance for over fifteen years. She received training in Kuchipudi under Guru Shailaja Prasad in Hyderabad, India. Currently, she is training in Bharatanatyam under Guru Malini Srinivasan and performs with Malini Srinivasan and Dancers in various venues internationally. Her performances include "Being Becoming," a Bharatanatyam production that premiered at the International Fringe Festival in New York City and subsequently toured Switzerland and Chicago. In addition to her performance work, Kadhambari Sridhar also teaches and trains young dancers in Kathak at her Guru's academy in New York. She has also engaged in choreography and presented performance art, monologues, and storytelling in the New York City area. Outside of her dance career, she works in global public health in Virginia.
