Kopal Vedam is an accomplished Kuchipudi dancer based in the UK, with over two decades of experience as a professional performer. She holds a Postgraduate degree in Performing Arts from the University of Hyderabad. Vedam has received training from several esteemed gurus, including Smt. Voleti Rangamani, Dr. Anuradha Jonnalagadda, Smt. Deepika Reddy, and Sri. Madabushana Badrinath. Her performances have graced international stages, showcasing her mastery of the Kuchipudi style. Notably, she performed Kuchipudi for the Annapurna Indian Dance Company's project, "The UNKNOWN BECOMES KNOWN," at the Royal Armouries Museum in April 2015, exploring the contributions of Indian soldiers to World War I. In January 2014, Vedam was among the dancers who enthralled audiences with lively Kuchipudi performances at the 4th International Indian Classical Dance Festival — Bharat Nrutyotsav-2014 — organized by the Nataraj Music and Dance Academy in Visakhapatnam.
