Mrs. Esha Goyal is an International Kathak Dance Artist, Choreographer, and Dance Teacher. She is the Founder and Director of Sahaj School of Dance LLC since 2015. Her extensive training includes Advanced Kathak Training (2018-Present) under Guru Smt. Swati Sinha ji (disciple of Pandit Shri Rajendra Gangani ji of Jaipur Gharana), Kathak Taal Vidya Classes from Pandit Divyang Vakil ji, and earlier Kathak Training (1992-2006) under Guru Smt. Abha Bansal ji (disciple of Pandit Shri Hiralal Ji and Pandit Shri Kundan Lal Gangani ji). She also received additional Kathak Training through workshops with Guru Smt. Pali Chandra ji, late Pandit Shri Birju Maharaj ji, Pandit Shri Rajendra Gangani ji, and Guru Smt. Shambhavi Dandekar ji. Her education includes a Praveen Sangeet Acharya Degree (equivalent to Masters in Kathak Dance) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad, India (2006), and Sangeet Prabhakar & Visharad Degrees (equivalent to Bachelors in Kathak Dance) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti and Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapith (2004). She has received numerous awards, including "Nritya Suvarna Jyoti Samman" by Padmashree Ranjana Gauhar ji (2017) and was awarded Best Dance Group at the Asian Music & Dance Festival (2017). She is a regular performer of Kathak Dance and has presented Indian Classical Dance at various events internationally and across the USA. She is proficient in Kathak dance techniques, choreography, and has a captivating stage presence.
