P K Geethanadhan is a distinguished Bharatanatyam dancer and senior tutor, known for his extensive training at The Kalakshetra Foundation in Chennai, India. He began his dance journey at the age of five, showcasing his talent early on by performing for four consecutive years in Kerala school youth festivals, where he received high grades and accolades for his dancing abilities. He further honed his skills by completing both a First Class Diploma and a Post Graduate Diploma in Bharatanatyam from the prestigious Kalakshetra Foundation. Throughout his career, Geethanadhan has graced numerous national and international stages. His international performances include appearances at the Commonwealth Games in 2009 and tours across countries such as China, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia. In India, he has performed at significant events like The National Games, the Soorya festival, the Brahmotsavam of ISKCON temple, the Svanubhava Festival, and the 125th birth anniversary celebrations of Nehru in Delhi. Since July 2015, P K Geethanadhan has been a Senior Tutor of Bharatanatyam at the Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society (SIFAS), where he continues to impart his knowledge and passion for the classical dance form. Beyond dance, he also enjoys illustrating in his free time.
