Radhika Biju is a distinguished Bharatanatyam artist, dedicated teacher, and the visionary founder of Paadamudra School for Traditional Bharatanatyam. Her profound journey into the world of classical dance commenced at the tender age of five, where she began her training under the esteemed Guru Hemalatha Prakash. She further honed her artistic foundation, pursuing advanced training with Guru Meera Vishwanath and Guru Vidushi Smt. Neela Jayaraman. Her rigorous dedication and hard work culminated in the completion of her Vidwath and Arangettram within a remarkably short period of one year, a feat that quickly established her as a young prodigy within the classical dance community. Academically, Radhika Biju holds a postgraduate degree in Bharatanatyam from Kalai Kaveri University, located in Tamil Nadu. In 2013, she channeled her passion and expertise into establishing Paadamudra School for Traditional Bharatanatyam in Bangalore, India. Through her academy, she has meticulously guided and trained hundreds of students, nurturing the next generation of Bharatanatyam dancers. Beyond her teaching endeavors, Radhika Biju is an active performer, recognized as a B-grade artist of Doordarshan, and has graced numerous prestigious venues across India with her captivating performances. Her unwavering commitment and exceptional artistry have been acknowledged with accolades, including the "Nritya Vilasini" title from Nrithanrityathi Bhilai. While deeply rooted in classical dance, she has also explored acting, with roles in Malayalam movies, a musical album, and an Amazon Prime series, showcasing her versatile artistic talents.
