Radhika Muralidharan Srivastava is a Bharatanatyam dancer, teacher, and the founder of Natyarpana School of Dance, located in Naperville, Illinois, USA. She has over 20 years of teaching experience, having trained more than 100 students and conducted seven arangetrams. Radhika received her initial Bharatanatyam training in the Kalakshetra style from Guru Santha Gopinath, an alumna of Kalakshetra, Chennai. She furthered her training under Guru Dr. Kripa Baskaran in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and continues to receive guidance from her. Radhika has also participated in workshops with renowned dancers and teachers such as Rama Vaidyanathan, Lavanya Ananth, Revathi Narasimhan, Neela Jayaraman, Urmila Sathyanarayanan, Pasumarthi Venkateswara Sarma, and Dr. Ambika Kameshwar. She holds a Bharatanatyam Teachers Training Certificate from Anna University, Chennai, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Nattuvangam. Radhika has performed across the United States and India, including at the Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana and with Navatman Dance, New York. Her school, Natyarpana, established in 2011, focuses on providing a nurturing and tradition-rooted environment for students of all ages to learn Bharatanatyam, emphasizing technique, rhythm, expression, and cultural significance.
