Kalashree Rashmi Aggarwal is an accomplished Indian classical Bharatanatyam dancer, teacher, and choreographer based in Delhi, India. She received her training from esteemed gurus, including Padam Shri Guru Dr. Saroja Vaidyanathan and Smt. Sarmishta Mallick. Aggarwal is the founder and head of the Shri Sudha Centre For Performing Arts (SSCPA) in Delhi, where she has been dedicatedly working for approximately 25 years, implying her teaching and performing career began around 2000. She imparts training to over 50 students at her institution. As an empanelled artist with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and the Ministry of Culture, Rashmi Aggarwal has represented Indian classical dance on numerous national and international platforms. She is also a graded artist of Delhi Doordarshan Kendra and a scholarship holder from Sahitya Kala Parishad. Her international performances include tours to Ukraine, Poland, Sweden, Kazakhstan (with Sangeet Natak Academy), South Africa, and Ethiopia under the aegis of ICCR. Nationally, she has graced major cultural festivals such as the Kurukshetra Festival, Lucknow Utsav, Mahabalipuram Festival, Rajgir Festival, Chakradhara Mahotsav, and Duet Dance Festival. In 2012, she was selected as a teacher-cum-performer for Port of Spain under the ICCR. Her institution, Shri Sudha Centre For Performing Arts, has been organizing the annual 'Nritya Dhara' dance festival since 2012, dedicated to preserving and promoting Bharatanatyam. She is also a member-artist of "ABHAI" (Association of Bharatanatyam Artistes of India), Chennai. Awards & Honours: Distinguish Service Award.
