Aishwarya, performing as part of the twin sister duo Aishwarya & Soundarya, is a classical Bharatanatyam dancer based in Chennai, India. She is a disciple of Kalaimamani Nrithya Choodaamani Shri. Zakir Hussain and Acharya Choodamani Shri. A. Lakshman. Together with her sister, she has performed extensively at various prestigious festivals and events both in India and internationally. Their performances include the 40th Annual festival of Doordharshan Kendra, the inaugural ceremony of “Shriram Sanlam Awards '13”, and as part of the “Days of India in Germany” troupe in Spain, Germany, and France, organized by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). They have also participated in festivals such as Khajuraho Dance Fest, Alauddin Khan Festival, and Ananya Dance Festival. The duo has received numerous accolades for their Bharatanatyam performances, including the Shri Rajarathnam Pillai Endowment Award in December 2013 from Sri Krishna Gana Sabha. They were also awarded “Second Prize” in a Youth Festival organized by RASA-Arpita in association with Madras South Lions Charitable Trust, and recognized as “Best Performers of the Dance Festival” by Sri Parthasarathy Swamy Sabha. Further awards include the “Best Dancers Award” in SDNB Vaishnav College and qualification as a 'B' Grade Artist in Bharatanatyam by Doordarshan Kendra, Chennai. Awards & Honours: Shri Rajarathnam Pillai Endowment Award (2013), Second Prize in Youth Festival, Best Performers of the Dance Festival, Winner in Jaya Tv's Dance Show “Thaka thimi thaa”, Best Dancers Award, 'B' Grade Artist in Bharathanatyam.
