She established Sarranyaa's Nrithya Vidyalaya, a prominent dance institution in Chennai, dedicated to imparting comprehensive training in Bharatanatyam to aspiring dancers. Sarranyaa Sai Prashanth actively participates in her students' Arangetrams by performing Nattuvangam, the rhythmic conducting of a Bharatanatyam performance.
