Somi Somehsa began studying Bharatanatyam when she was five years old. After 25 years of practising her art, she reached her lifelong goal to become a teacher, opening Indian dance company Apsaras Arts Adelaide three years ago. She teaches students from five years of age, including a group of 40 and above students.
