Srujana Valiveti is a prominent Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer, and co-founder of Kalavaanya - Bharatanatyam Dance School. She performs as a duo with Sree Keerthi Valiveti. Valiveti received her training under Guru R.S. Rajeswari Sainath, with Indira Rajan as her Grand Guru. Her Arangetram, a significant milestone marking her formal debut, took place in 2020. Beyond her artistic pursuits, Srujana Valiveti holds an engineering degree and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and is also the founder of the startup GetYoSpace. She is a certified yoga practitioner and has received training in Kalaripayattu, which she integrates into her Bharatanatyam performances, lending them a distinct, poised authority. Throughout her career, Valiveti has graced numerous prestigious stages, including the Narada Gana Sabha and Sirifort Delhi. Her artistry has been showcased at high-profile events such as the G20 Summit and the Nainital Literary Festival. She has also performed at various cultural festivals and events like Kalasagaram, Doordarshan, and Nadaneerajanam, and at educational institutions including IIM Bangalore, FDDI, NIFT, St. Francis, and SNIST in Hyderabad. Her global footprint extends to international theaters, with performances at esteemed institutions like Skyline University in Sharjah, UAE. As a choreographer, Srujana Valiveti has contributed to the Telugu film industry, with credits including "Varahi Sharanu." At Kalavaanya, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the ensemble's artistic vision, mentoring students, anchoring choreographic decisions, and representing the school at academic and cultural forums.
