Stuti Aga is an Indian artist, choreographer, performer, and instructor based in Zurich, Switzerland, where she has resided since relocating at the age of 24 after getting married. Her journey in dance began at the tender age of seven, receiving training in both Indian classical and folk dance forms in Mumbai, India. She earned a Visharad (Master Diploma) in Bharatanatyam, specifically in the Pandanallur style, under the tutelage of Guru Mayuri Gordhandas in March 2010. Her classical training was complemented by intensive studies in Rajasthani Folk dance under the late Guru Indumati Lele in April 2012 and Indian Folk dance under Guru Arsh Samir Tanna in September 2004. Since moving to Switzerland, Stuti Aga has been instrumental in promoting Indian dance forms. From January 2011 to December 2017, she founded and served as the Artistic Director of Nachle Dance Company, one of the first and highly successful Bollywood dance companies in the Zurich area. In January 2018, she established the Stuti Aga Dance Company (SADC Zurich), where she continues as owner, artistic director, and teacher. SADC Zurich offers regular classes, workshops, and performances in Indian folk, classical fusion, and Bollywood dance across Switzerland and Europe. Her unique choreographies amalgamate the multi-faceted dance styles she is adept at, leading to exquisite Indian and fusion performances that have played to packed houses across Switzerland. Stuti Aga's unceasing quest and passion are dedicated to introducing Indian art forms to a wider global audience, fostering cultural connection and expressive movement through dance. She has been associated with the prestigious Zürich Tanzt event for several years. Over the years, she has trained a significant number of students, with estimates ranging from close to 250 to over 600.
