Sudha Panchangam is an acclaimed artist of the Pandanallur tradition of Bharatanatyam. She received rigorous training in Bharatanatyam from Guru Sri Devendra Pillai, a prominent teacher in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, she studied Kuchipudi under Guru Sri Koteswara Rao, who hails from the village of Kuchipudi. Her training also extends to vocal Indian classical music, having learned from Gurus Sri Tirupati Ponnarao, Sri Garimella Balakrishna Prasad, and Sri Pudukkotai R. Krishnamurthy. With a performance career spanning over two decades, Sudha Panchangam has presented approximately 100 performances across various cities in India, the USA, and Canada. In 2008, she relocated to Canada and subsequently established the Swarajathi Fine Arts Academy in Calgary. At her academy, she imparts training in classical dance forms and Carnatic vocal music. Her students from the USA have achieved recognition, performing and winning awards at prestigious competitions such as the Gemini TANA (Telugu Association of North America) festival. She has also choreographed dance pieces for her students, such as "Kaaliya Mardhanam".
