Tara Ramanan is a Bharatanatyam dancer and a primary teacher at Nrityalaya Dance. Originally from Chennai, India, she began her Bharatanatyam training at the age of five. She completed her arangetram at the age of twelve and continued to participate in various performances throughout her high school and college years. After a period away from dance to pursue a career as a Software Engineer, Tara Ramanan resumed her classical dance training with Nrityalaya Dance. She is now a key faculty member at the institution.
