Vanizha Vasanthanathan is a Malaysian Indian classical Odissi dancer and a prominent international model, born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her profound connection to Indian classical dance began at the age of 15 when she joined the critically-acclaimed Sutra Dance Theatre. Under the esteemed tutelage of the legendary Padma Shri Datuk Ramli Ibrahim, she dedicated herself to mastering Odissi, an ancient Indian classical dance form renowned for its lyrical grace, intricate footwork, and sculpturesque poses. Vasanthanathan's passion for dance predates her modeling career, with her describing it as her "first love" and a lifelong pursuit.
