Vyshnavi Korlakunta is an accomplished Indian classical dancer, educator, art curator, and artpreneur, primarily recognized for her expertise in Kuchipudi dance. She has pursued studies in Kuchipudi at the University of Silicon Andhra, where she is listed as a student in the Department of Kuchipudi Dance. Based in Hyderabad, India, Vyshnavi is an active performer and has been an instructor for approximately 15 years. Her significant performances include portraying Lakuma Devi in the dance production 'Karpura Vasantha Rayalu', a tribute to C. Narayana Reddy's poetic masterpiece. This production, directed by Anupama Kylash, Professor of Kuchipudi at the University of Silicon Andhra, premiered at Ravindra Bharathi in Hyderabad in August 2024. Vyshnavi Korlakunta was also a featured artist in the 'Unfolding Kuchipudi' digital series in April 2025, curated by Yamini Reddy and Natya Tarangini Hyderabad. In this series, she presented an exploration of the history and evolution of Kuchipudi, highlighting its versatility and adaptation across various cultural and performance contexts. As an educator, Vyshnavi Korlakunta imparts her knowledge of Kuchipudi, with one of her documented students, SLB, having performed a Krishna Shabdam Kuchipudi dance.
