Chinta Adinarayana Sarma was a revered Kuchipudi guru, performer, choreographer, and researcher, born on August 2, 1955, in Kuchipudi village, Andhra Pradesh, India. Born — Born on August 2 in Kuchipudi village.

Began dance training — Started learning dance from his father at the age of four.
1961
Received award for performance — Presented with a One Rupee coin by Banda Kanakalingeswara Rao and Mahankali Kameshwara Sarma for his performance in 'Dasavataram'.
Early 1960s
Influenced by Vempati Chinna Satyam — Saw Guru Vempati Chinna Satyam's ballet 'Ksheera Saagara Madhanam', which made a significant impact on him.
1983
Became a certified teacher and founded academy — Took rigorous training to become a Kuchipudi teacher and founded Sri Radhakrishna Kuchipudi Natyalayam.
1989
Joined Telugu University — Worked for Telugu University for three years from 1989.
Lecturer at Govt. College of Music and Dance — Served as Lecturer in Kuchipudi dance at the Government College of Music and Dance, Hyderabad.
Received Ph.D. — Received his Ph.D. in Kuchipudi dance for his choreography of the dance drama 'Ushodayam'.
2021
Passed away — Passed away on May 24, 2021.
