1988
Joined workshop by Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra — Took the decision to become a professional classical dancer.
1988
Began teaching Odissi — Started teaching at Gurukul, Kolkata, at the age of 20.
2004
Founded Kolkata Mayur Lalit Dance Academy — Established on November 1, 2004.
2006
Performed at Teesta-Ganga Utsav, Coochbehar
2007
Opened Alipurduar branch of Kolkata Mayur Lalit Dance Academy — Branch in North Bengal started in March 2007.
2007
Performed 'Raas Lila' at Raas Mela, Coochbehar — Presented with 20 students from her Alipurduar Academy.
2008
Dooars branch presented 'Odissi Extravaganza' — Show at Municipal Hall, Alipurduar on April 12, 2008.
2017
Performed 'TARANGINI' for Kabir Centre — Performance on September 30, 2017.
