Founded Pallavi Dance Center — An Odissi dance school, the first of its kind in Bangladesh.

Established Nrityadhara — An organization for cultural programs and dance research.

Organized three-day dance festival — At the National Museum, through Nrityadhara.

Performed at Nandikar drama festival — In Kolkata, with Nrityadhara.

Received Ekushey Padak — One of Bangladesh's highest civilian awards.
