Founded Regatta Cultural Society (later Regatta Natya Sangeetha Kendra).
1978
Received Natya Praveen award.
1980
Married Chandrasekharan Nair.

Introduced Kuchipudi to Kerala.
1986
Completed advanced Bharatanatyam training under Guru Adyar K. Lakshman. — Also began learning Mohiniyattam from Kerala Kalamandalam alumni at Regatta.

Received Best Choreography Award from Dept. of Tourism, Kerala Government.

Received Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy Award.
