Awarded as 'Yuva kalakar' and First Prize in Inter-university Youth festival — Awarded by Madhya Pradesh Kala Parishad and Vikram University, Ujjain.

Joined Bhatkhande Music Institute — Pursued advanced studies in Kathak shastras in Lucknow.

Married Dr. Puru Dadheech
1980
Co-founded Bindu Prakashan — Publication imprint established with Dr. Puru Dadheech.

Co-founded Natavari Kathak Nritya Academy and received Ph.D. — Academy founded in Indore with Dr. Puru Dadheech; Ph.D. in Kathak from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh.

Joined Sri Sri Centre for Advanced Research in Kathak (SSCARK) — Serves as faculty at the world's first dedicated Kathak research center at Sri Sri University.

Received Sangeet Natak Akademi Award — India's national award for music, dance, and drama.

Received Vimal Bhaskar Award — Awarded with Dr. Puru Dadheech by Nandkishore Cultural Society, Pune.
