Sarasa Natya Academy was established in 2012 in Westford, Massachusetts, by Preethi. It offers Bharatanatyam training to over 100 dedicated students in and around the Boston area, from beginner to advanced level. The academy's students have performed in various cultural programs and competitions, including at the Kapaleeshwarar temple sanctum in Chennai, India, in 2019, and are regular performers at the World Dance Community Festival at Harvard Square.
