Atisha Pratap Singh is an accomplished Kuchipudi dancer from New Delhi, India, born on May 5, 2000. She is the daughter of Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Neelam Pratap Singh. Atisha began her Kuchipudi training at the tender age of three, under the tutelage of the renowned Kuchipudi exponents Padma Bhushan Dr. Raja Radha Reddy, Dr. Radha Reddy, and Kaushalya Reddy. She completed her schooling at Sanskriti School, New Delhi. Her formal solo debut, known as Rangapravesam, took place on May 15, 2017, at the Kamani Auditorium in Delhi, when she was 17 years old. This marked a significant milestone in her dance journey, signifying her mastery of the basic tenets of Kuchipudi. Prior to her Rangapravesam, Atisha had already performed on stage multiple times, including a memorable performance at the age of three based on poems by the late former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Throughout her career, Atisha Pratap Singh has graced various national and international platforms. She performed at the Namaste France concert in 2016 and has been a part of the prestigious Parampara Series, performing in both its 21st (2017) and 22nd (2018) editions at Kamani Auditorium. Beyond her dedication to Kuchipudi, Atisha is also a talented sportswoman, having represented Delhi and India in football.
