Elizi Ojah is a prominent Indian classical dancer and practitioner of Sattriya, one of India's eight classical dance forms. She commenced her dance training under the tutelage of Guru Raseshwar Saikia and further honed her skills as a performer under the guidance of Rinjumoni and Ranjumoni Saikia. Ojah is recognized as a seasoned dancer and has performed at significant events, including the 15th Raseshwar Saikia Barbayan Sattriya ceremony where she presented a Krishna Bandana and the Hajowali Number One Chali Nach. She has also showcased her talent virtually at the 'Sattriya Nrityam' Fest organized by Lovely Professional University (LPU) in 2021. Her performances include solo pieces like "Bahar Nach" and "Krishna Bandana & Xudha Nach : Borramdani," available on YouTube. Elizi Ojah is actively involved in teaching and propagating Sattriya dance. She has been an instructor of Sattriya dance since December 2009 and an Assistant Teacher at Sangeet Sattra, Guwahati, since January 2010. Additionally, she holds the position of Assistant Professor at Pragjyotish B.Ed College, Pacharia, since January 2022. She is also a Graded Artist at Doordarshan Kendra since August 2016. Ojah has participated in collaborative productions such as "Jajabar Bhupen Hazarika," a choreographic work by Sattriya Kendra of Sangeet Natak Akademi. She was also part of the International Golden Ring Festival Russia in 2025.
