Kum. Janaki Raghuraman is a Bharatanatyam dancer from Chennai, trained at the Chidambaram Academy of Performing Arts (CAPA). Since her debut in 2024, she has continued intensive advanced training at CAPA, deepening her practice not only in Bharatanatyam but also in allied disciplines that broaden her artistic range. She is also a member of CAPA’s performing wing, where she performs in productions and stage presentations. Janaki’s artistry reflects a balance of discipline and creativity. For her, dance is both sadhana and celebration — a way to honor tradition while creating meaningful connections through every performance. With roots in classical tradition and a passion for storytelling, Janaki aims to share the beauty of Bharatanatyam with audiences across India and beyond.
