Odissi dancer, trained for 19 years under Guru S.C. Swain. Researched dance philosophy and aesthetics at National Nara Women's University. Teaching Odissi since 1995 and head of dance troupe 'Chandrika'. Teaches 'Rhythmic Dance Expression' at National Nara Women's University since 2005. Performed in Japan, India, USA, and Germany. Assists Indian Consulate and dancers performing in Japan.
