Margi Usha is a distinguished Indian classical dancer primarily associated with Kathakali, Koodiyattam, and Nangiarkoothu. An alumna of Kerala Kalamandalam, she further honed her skills at the prestigious Margi Theatre in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She is recognized as one of the pioneering female students to undertake Kathakali training at Margi, joining the institution around 1988. Margi Usha is an integral part of the talented team of artists at Margi dedicated to enriching the Koodiyattam repertoire. Her performances include notable works such as 'Darikavadham', 'Bhadrakalijananam', 'Sreepadmanabhadarshanam', and the Nangiarkoothu presentation 'Radhamadhavam'. She is also a choreographer, having conceptualized and performed 'Gitopadesam' in 2013, and has presented 'Chitrakootagamanam' from Sree Ramacharitham.
