Sanjeevani Kulkarni is a prominent Kathak dancer and guru based in Nashik, India. She received her training in Kathak from esteemed teachers, including Nritya Bharati under the guidance of Pt. Rohini Bhate, and six years of training at Kalachhaya under Guru Prabha Marathe and Guru Munnalalji Shukla. In 1980, Sanjeevani Kulkarni founded the Kalanand Kathak Nritya Sanstha in Nashik, which is recognized as a premier institute for classical dance. Her career extends beyond performing and teaching; she serves as a senior dance examiner for Gandharv Mahavidyalaya and is an advisory board member at K.K. Wagh performing arts college in Nashik. She is also a panel judge for the south central cultural zone, a member of the expert committee of the songs and drama division, and an art critic contributing to a newspaper in Nashik. Kulkarni has performed extensively, both as a solo artist and in group performances, at various prestigious festivals across India, including the Yuva Sangeet Sammelan-Swar Sadhana in Mumbai, Kal Ke Kalakar-South central zone in Nagpur, Nritya Bharati in Pune, and the Kathak Kendra in Delhi. Internationally, she represented India at the India festival in Milan, Italy, in 1995. She has also led a cultural tour with 15 students to Bangkok, Thailand, in 2009. Her choreographic works include ballets such as "Ganga," "Rajput Ramani," "Namami Krisha Nagaram," and "Dashavatar." She has also created numerous dance compositions, including "Katha Kathak Ki," "Nritya Chitra," "Meera Kahe," and "Rutu Chackra." Awards & Honours: GURU.
