Arangetram (debut concert) — As a mridangam artist at Thiagaraja Vidwath Samajam, Chennai.
1986
Received Best Senior Mridangam Vidwan award — From Indian Fine Arts Society.
1991
Received Best Mridangam Artists Award — From Krishna Gana Sabha.
1995
Mudhra inaugurated as a full-fledged sabha — On June 12.
2007
Served as District Chairperson- Fine Arts — In Lions Club International.
2011
Conducted National Conference of appreciating Indian music — Funded by the Department of Culture, Government of India.
2012
Mudhra conferred the Mudhra Award of Excellence — On dance couple V.P. Dhananjayan and Shanta Dhananjayan at its 17th Fine Arts Festival.
2013
Pioneered Paalam TV — Introducing 52-week free webcasts.
2014
Launched Mudhra Music Studio and Paalam Academy — Paalam Academy is an educational institution.

Paalam Radio launched — A 24x7 web radio facility.
