Journey Timeline
1993
Began studying Yoga — Studied Yoga at university in England.
1998
Began Indian Classical Dance training — Traveled to South India to learn Indian Classical Dance, studying Bharatanatyam with Kalamandalam Sumathy in Kerala.
2000
Became Yoga Alliance 500-hour yoga teacher — Moved to London and became a certified yoga teacher.
2001
Began teaching yoga classes — Taught her first yoga classes in Sutton and Banstead.
2007
Solo Bharatanatyam Margam Performance — Performed at the Nehru Centre.
2008
Moved to Cranleigh, Surrey — Focused on full-time yoga teaching.
